The brief.

Shea Rose is a successful recording artist, holistic voice coach, and conscious curator who empowers creative women to express themselves through Embodied Voice & Yoga practices. Offering personalized coaching, classes, workshops, and retreats, Shea aims to harmonize the body, mind, and voice

Shea approached me to help her bring her artistic vision to life, through a bespoke website that would reflect her multifaceted persona, in a cohesive way. When we got in contact, Shea had already been working with a brand and web designer but she found herself confined by a vision and aesthetic that didn't resonate with her. Yearning to create a distinctive, poetic experience for her audience, Shea envisioned an editorial-like design, punctuated with moments of contemplation and devoid of intrusive commercial influences.

The design solution.

Following a discussion with Shea and a review of her established brand attributes and aesthetic, a distinct design direction emerged. To bring Shea's vision to life, we chose various elements that would distinguish her website: usage of ample white space, employing an asymmetric layout, integrating compelling photography, a minimalist and refined typographic palette and finally introducing a sophisticated yet subtle gradient that would create an ethereal atmosphere to the overall experience.
